Before booking Snap Happy please note that there is a cancellation fee of £50 if an event is cancelled, or if Snap Happy is advised that their services are no longer needed, less than one week in advance.

 Snap Happy splits bookings into three types to determine the payment recieved for each event.

 

 

 

Where there is a 'public sales oppurtunity', such as a sports tournaments, competitions, awards presentations, etc.

 

These events are free of charge to the organiser and Snap Happy only recieves payment from orders from photographs and other items.

 

 

 

Another way to offer our services at your event, and to give your guests/competitors a little extra for their money, is to include a free photograph for each guest/competitor in their ticket/entry fee and pay Snap Happy a percentage of the ticket prices.

 

For example, if your ticket fee is £35, Snap Happy would be willing to take £3 from each ticket sale and offer a £5 mounted 7"x5"photograph free to each guest.

This is often popular at corporate events such as balls or awards evenings, ensuring the ultimate in customer satisfaction.

 

 

 

 

 

Where there is no 'public sales oppurtunity'. Where the photographs are for the use of the organiser or club, this can be for advertising purposes, media coverage or just as personal momentos.

These sorts of events include open days, birthday parties, promotional photo shoots, etc.

 

These arrangements will cost the organiser £20 per hour. This charge includes 4 photographs, sent via email, per hour, chosen by the organiser from the online gallery. Any additional photographs purchased will cost the standard amount.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Personal photo shoots, creating 'studio style' or location images, at a location of your choice. These shoots can include children, animals, entire families, etc.

 Yard Visits

 

Do you and your friends keep your horses on a yard and would all like some professional photographs of your four legged friends?

Yard visits are a great way to get photographs of all of the horses at the yard in one sitting without having to travel them anywhere. This is a great idea for advertising purposes for working yards, for horse owners at livery yards or for riding clubs run by the yard.

 Photographs can be taken of horses on the yard, turned out, under tack, jumping or any other ideas that you have in mind.
